Next Friday, these 2 recordings will be released:
(1) a 5 CD Basie - Complete Live at the Crescendo 1958
(2) a previously unknown (to me at least) Quincy Jones Orchestra Live in Ludwigshafen, Germany 1961.
Weird, record releases were always Tuesdays.

This Basie set looks very good Agmosk and apparently the sound quality is very very good throughout

Fantastic Steve & many thanks..... managed to get you into the Radio playlist today and a few tracks have already aired for you.. Can't wait to hear the other albums..it's a fine tight band ( and of course they will get some airtime as well )
